Looking for Mr Turner's view

There is an 1809 landscape painting by JMW Turner (Turner painting) that shows the Old Royal Naval College, the twin domes of the college, the Queen's House, and, in the far distance, St Paul's Cathedral.

Over 200 years later, the view is very different, but I have been trying to work out where Turner may have stood or sat in Greenwich Park when he painted the view. It was clearly somewhere near One Tree Hill (from where I took this view), but the many mature trees make it difficult to accurately judge exactly where....

Did another run this evening (another set of short 2min runs followed by a minute's walking). Felt good to be pounding the pavements again.
