Re-bottling

Worked from home today, as I needed to go to the dentist for a check-up. All turned out to be OK, which was good news as the last time I’d been was in January for a crown fitment. While I was working in the kitchen I heard a noise, which turned out to be one of the beer bottles from the last batch exploding. Not sure if it was a weak bottle or the pressure was too high in the batch so, decided to re-cap all of those bottle types tonight to be on the safe side. Kilda rushed at another dog today in the gardens for no reason. Not sure what caused it but she is getting worse in there. Also had a slightly swollen face by the end of the night. Hope it’s just a reaction to the cleaning as they couldn’t use the drill due to Covid. They say things come in threes.
