Crocodile stitch

Taught myself how to do this from a YouTube video.
I obviously learn better visually. Crochet patterns totally confuse me.
I do have a jumper to knit for my oldest son and I am pressing on with it. I just wanted to check the measurements against one of the older boys before continuing. Did that tonight as we have son no two home for a few days. Hoping to catch up with no one son tomorrow too
