A shot of Q &I on our bike ride taken by a friend. Lovely time connecting with them on bike ride.

Kids had hockey this morning and both were brilliant.

Lots of house duties such as washing etc.

House in rather a mess after clearing rooms for the plasterer. I think we will be doing another clear out in the coming days/ weeks. I can feel it brewing.
