Getting in on the act

Still backblipping.

Foodbank this morning and had some work to do.
Then handing out packed lunches to kids who are off on half-term.
Later a short run  home round the fields - and discovered why the farmer doesn't go to the edge, there was a bit of paddling involved. Back via the ponds where the ducks wanted to be in the pic.
As I'd already run I took the shorter distance evening run with the group.
