Val Susauna

We went walking with a friend, Susi, in this beautiful valley this morning and it was cold. It was also windy and trying to snow which you might spot from the streaks in the extra.
We tried to work out what had caused a lot of the trees to be blown down. Our theory was the recent heavy snows followed by ferocious winds. As you can see in the main shot, the trees are blow towards the mountainside. It was good to get out and we were certainly well wrapped up.
