Sometimes you need..

... your favourite film, favourite chair (called diggery, I don't know why), your blanket and popcorn.  He snuggled down for the afternoon, giggling away to Paddington while the eldest played with modeling clay very happily (and watched the film).

Lovely  morning at Rutland Water - beautiful weather which makes up for the rain yesterday!

Home for a lovely, homely time and I had time to tidy, cook and have cuddles.

Today I'm grateful for
The eldest dancing crazily to the music at the end of the film - he's great at dancing, always has been - and loves it
The hilarity of having to be quite firm with the boys that they could not wear socks in the bath, the compromise is that they are wearing them in bed
My friend arriving to meet us at Rutland Water with fresh eggs from her chickens, scrambled eggs for dinner tomorrow - which the boys will love.
