A small swarm of redwinged black birds

hogged the feeder. It must  have been a little migrating group, as I have never seen them before in our yard. They can be quite aggressive birds.

A grey and rainy day. We went into the forest for some mushrooms again, but this time it had been picked over by vandals who had left a path of destruction. A sad sight, so we did not stay long.

Found 5 Chanterelles and one mystery bolete.
