First Shawbury Tasting

Well, everything was gearing up for this! The Moffitts are never easy, but often buy big when they're in the mood. But Moira seemed stroppy from the start, Junior (7) interrupted more than usual... They were relatively positive about the whites, less keen on the reds, and not impressed with the prices... Then said they'd let me know if / what they wanted to order after they'd discussed it... And judging by the brewing row between Moff and Moira (over money) as we left (tasting was at daughter Kate's house), that might not be for a while...
So, about as bad as it could have been... Let's hope that: (a) this is not a sign of things to come, (b) they do actually order, soon. I need to try and not let it get me down, hopefully I can sleep off my negative feelings...
PS to top it off, they ordered takeaway from Ali's, for those of you who understand that! At least it was disappointing :D
