Krohn Conservatory

It was a lovely day today, but not too hot, so it seemed an ideal day to go down to Eden Park, and see the Fall display at Krohn Conservatory, “Plum Gorgeous”. Covid measures are in place - they have introduced a one way system, and you are required to wear a mask. However, there weren’t many people there so social distancing wasn’t a problem. It was lovely to see all the gorgeous colours inside and out, and the wonderful variety of plants. It was lunchtime when we left, and we treated ourselves to lunch out at a Mexican restaurant on the way home. I got a few jobs done in the afternoon, then at 6.15 it was time for our small handbell group, and as usual Debbie, our director had baked us all some goodies to take home afterwards!
