Rye Harbour.

It's such a pleasant stroll round Rye Harbour Nature reserve. I'm not really a twitcher but to see the amount of blokes with huge noccers (binoculars), there must be lots of avian activity worthy of note. Behind this bijou little residence you can just about see the Rye Golf Club clubhouse. It's much too expensive and exclusive for the likes of me. Looks a nice place to play, though I would have to cultivate a new accent were I to frequent that particular links.
