Surprises

Caterpillars that drop on the table while you’re teaching..
After work I went up to Kolonaki for a drink with one of the people I’d met on Friday night. Took a taxi as I was running late. The usual questions asked of a tourist by the driver. It all got to the point where he didn’t believe me.. an Aussie in Athens teaching for a Scottish Uni in London whose just arrived from Muscat but her belongings are in Kw8.. and then he said he didn’t know if he’d be happy if his wife travelled like I did.
A nice drink and plans to catch up another time. And a nice walk home.
