Baltyboys Wicklow Ireland

I often head to this bridge it’s about 5km from my house. When the sun sets jn the evening and the lake is still it can be the most peaceful and relaxing place. The lake is a man made reservoir flooded 76 years ago. It’s the reason my grand parents moved to the area from Kildare as they ran a shop near the dam at Poulaphuca which was built to generate Hydro Electricity. I have lived in this area for over 40 years now and the lake is a regular subject of my photography.
