Sheltering under trees with my brolly

Weather was back to normal today - chucking down.
We're in the top tier ie Very High level as regards further restrictions re the pandemic so from Wednesday all bars, pubs, betting shops, casinos, leisure centres, gyms are closed. No household mixing indoors or outdoors.
I can't see the usual heedless ones keeping to this, they've flouted the rules all through, why would they change now?
