Back to the track

Now Rafi has his PA Jamie I don't take him training anymore. Today I went, as coach Phil wanted a meeting to discuss winter training. Although it's nice not having to lug the racerunner in and out of the car twice a week, do all that driving and stand around on a cold track, I do miss seeing Rafi put in the hard work and progress. He's going to try and train on the track three times a week until December/ January, and have another couple of sessions strength and conditioning. Let's hope he gets some competitions next year ( Europeans should have been in Poland this year).
We had our meeting at a lovely cafe called the Hay Barn Cafe in Kneesall.
