Colour

More depressing weather here today so we haven't been out anywhere interesting.  Glad to see a little bit of colour in the neighbour's garden though.  I've spent the afternoon starting to make a colourful cushion cover with an applique design of dragonflies, butterflies, beetles and Bees.  Not finished yet so I won't share. 

The linen material was purchased in Skipton two years ago when I met up with  Blipper Airedaleknitter who took me round some wonderful fabric shops and kindly made me two lovely knot bags.  The one I kept is in extra and I've used up some of the remnants today.
