Invigorating as phoque

The good thing about working from home three days a week is that it allows me a cheeky few dives-not-far-from-home at lunch time. 
It's now mid October and things are back to normal. At the end of the pier it is just me, the heron, the seal, a couple of Chinese fishermen and the odd horrified granny when she hears the splash. 
Today there was also a pissed off labrador who was not amused at all to see me climb out of the water and up his steps.
