Another day of working from home. 

I had a webinar to do this this morning and, in the interests of efficiency, went on the treadmill at the same time. 10 km in 55 minutes with time at the end to submit a question to the presenting panel.

I watched PMQ at lunchtime - is he really taking things seriously?
