Conor Comes Good
Within an hour of the SLA for fixing our line a young engineer called Conor arrived at the door and fairly quickly diagnosed and fixed the fault. It seems that the Hyperfast Broadband Installation crews who have been digging holes and tugging at cables in the vicinity had accidentally knocked us off the grid and then stuck the wire back in the wrong connection.
I ran a speed test and it’s back to its old self of super-slow broadband.
