K Road Cycleway

The rain returned today; after I had already arrived at work. Thereafter, until I left for home I was unaware of what was happening outside. A very light drizzle kept me cool on the ride home. Some parts of the cycleway along K Road are usable, although mostly the workers have placed obstructions to prevent use. On this short section of entry was possible at the eastern end, and the western end was obstructed, which meant riding on the footpath until I could get back on the road. 

It's well over a year since work started on this cycleway, and a lot is still to do. At least so it looks.
