One ear up

Croissant corner day for Maeve the Deerhound. This is her out in the back garden afterwards wandering around with one ear up and one ear down. Don't ask me why :-)

We had a wander down the road to the beach at Westhaven after lunch. My friend from the end cottage was shovelling seaweed into the base of his fence again. I think it is becoming a little obsessive.

There was hardly a breath of breeze and the sea was calm, but the light was so flat that I didn't even take my camera out of my pocket. Just as well I had grabbed a shot of Maeve in the garden !
