so long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye....

Well, perhaps not quite.   Many of my dear friends will have sussed that I've not been commenting, although I have kept going posting daily.  3,821 times!

For most of this year, I have been having first of all tests, then treatment for cancer.  The big push starts next week and will go forward to Christmas.  The discipline of blip (and keeping quiet about my troubles)  would be hard to maintain.  So I'm taking sick leave.   

Thank you all for being my blipfriend.  Very much appreciated.   And I intend to be back one day.
