Light fantastic

Unfortunately Ernie had another restless day today and when I finally walked through the door at 9pm his mum was ready to pass him straight over.

Not that she ever complains but it must be hard looking after a wee one on your own all day.

Anyway, to give Nikki a little break I decided to take the boy out for a late night drive (nothing seems to soothe him like the gentle hum of an engine. I had hoped to take a nice evening shot of Stirling castle but the lack of light meant I had to make do with this long exposure at Grangemouth.
