A mighty roar..

The rut in Bushy Park seems to be waning somewhat. I met up with KarenC  who popped into Bushy Park for a couple of hours before heading up North. A few days ago there were bellowing stag everywhere - we had to search for one this morning. We were quite happy with this guy - he was rather magnificent.
The Grey Heron in my extras was most obliging, posing for us in lovely light.
It was good to see Karen - the last time I saw her in Bushy Park was about four years ago.
