Edinburgh Bridge #23

A continuation of a peripatetic look at the bridges of Edinburgh.
Not much is available over what is on the sign in the extra. It may look peaceful but there was plenty of noise just off screen. Upstream about 100m was a crane on a truck lifting trees (big cut-off logs) from the river onto the back of the truck and work was continuing on the housing development at the old B&Q DIY store site which the developers have called Canonmills Garden creating 179 houses from 1 to 4 beds and apparently 64% have been sold and with a minimum price of £300000 the development is worth upwards of £53.5M. They had better hope the flood defence wall is good.
