Frost!

And proper frost, down to -5°C in the morning. It took until half past one before the water hose was usable again.

Morning spent changing heifers and ploughing the rest of the field. Washed and serviced the slurry trailer in the afternoon and a couple from a nearby summer cottage came over for coffee. Later brought bale cage to the pasture and Jussi brought new bales to both the feeding trailer and the cage, plus the last old bale to the same spot as before. It seems that one bale doesn't last much more than 24 hours.
