Day of rainbows

Wonderfully changeable weather, even looking from one window to another, as showers approach, skies darken, then ten minutes later are blue once more.

In an effort to remove the reflection of the kitchen lights from my photo I ran outside to re-capture this double rainbow. But I was too late: the rain started, the rainbow faded. I returned to the kitchen.

'We could have just turned the light off, Nana', piped up Helpful Grandson number 1.

These children are too clever by half!
