Eaudaimonia

I read an article in Medium the other day, that mentioned eaudaimonia, which I think means living well. Not high on the hog, but living with well being. Maybe some of you can describe it differently or better. My own eaudaimonia is going out to the garden for food.
Two chair visits today. Once across town where we sat on a patio and tried to identify, or at least to count, a flutter of vireos. Eaudaimonia. The other, here, with a neighbor from a few blocks away, to celebrate her birthday with a couple of shots of whiskey in the afternoon sun. More eaudaimonia.
Reading certain Blips, day after day, from special people, gives me even more eaudaimonia. Thanks, Blip friends.
