The imitation game
His is a brilliant disguise.
Like a stick insect perfectly mimicking a twig.
But the disguise only persists whilst the insect remains as still as the rest of the bush.
At what point do we say that, if something looks exactly like a twig and behaves exactly like a twig, then, to all intents and purposes, it might as well BE a twig?
And he might as well be a normal human being.
