Flushed

Today our central heating was booked in for a power flush and a new pump which was just as well as the system had stopped working 2 days ago. 

The engineer arrived at about 8.30 am and for most of the day he had his head inside this cupboard! He refused to leave until the system was working again, that was just after 7 pm! 

In other news, I did find some bags of logs and we enjoyed the warmth from the stove whilst the engineer worked away. I will need to get a bulk order to reduce the cost but with the heating now working the need isn't so pressing.
