Starlings' Bathtime

When starlings bathe, they don't take up much space. They seem to like to be close together while they splish and splash. There were constant comings and goings among our garden birds today. The woodpecker paid another visit. It was sharing the sunflower seeds with smaller birds, but all of a sudden, it gave one sharp nod of its head, and they all disappeared. Nothing aggressive; simply a nod!
