Lac du Tolerme

I spent some of the day lying on the floor staring at the ceiling. I think I have torn a muscle in my lower back.  At times, bending or unbending in a certain way causes the pain to grab me like a searing hot iron and I can't move at all.  I was able to function for most of the day, and we took a long walk around Lac du Tolerme.  It always provides great autumn colour.
