Lunch amongst the vines

Today we celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary. I had the day off but my husband had to work this morning. We booked a late lunch at Denbies Gallery restaurant which is on their wine estate. It was lovely and we had a wander round the vines afterwards before buying a couple of bottles to enjoy at home and a bottle of bubbly for Christmas. It was a lovely day and I really switched off from work. I even managed to choose food on the menu to almost keep in line with my diet, although I had promised myself a day off! I’ve lost 10lbs so far and am hoping to get close to the magic stone by the end of the two week stretch.
