Max has managed to grow a substantial amount of tomatoes, they’ve been really useful for cooking, I love my coloured Heather, I just love sitting out there, a new thing since lockdown as we sit out there and have coffee, we now have a heater for the colder months and with the new restrictions we could even have a friend up there from time to time.

Spoke to the doctor, I am now off pregabalin for the second day, I actually don’t feel very well, a lot of joint pain and just feel hot and not quite myself, perhaps it’s withdrawals? I have been on them for over six weeks. Still on naproxen, paracetamol and dihydrocodeine for now.
