Feeding time

Took "the beast" for a walk around Carmill Dam this afternoon. Did a bit of experimenting with it and had a thoroughly enjoyable time watching the wildlife. I was twice able to watch a Grebe fishing and feeding its' young. This photo isn't as sharp as it could be but it was a special moment. I was also pleased with the timing of the extra. I didn't do too well with the rest of the photos, seemed to have a problem with getting the right exposure and shutter speed. Still, it was an enjoyable experiment.
