Unexpected obstructions on The Coal Road

Snow drifts from Wednesday brought progress to a sedate pace at the top of The Coal Road (not that the pace was anything other than sedate on the ascent out of Dentdale).

The road is so called because of the small opencast mines in the locality. (Obviously, I suppose.)
