Pink

I didn’t use the title suggested by MrM regarding the spherical pink Christmas decorations :-) . He’s getting rather good at spotting pink things. We were in John Lewis getting a more cheerful blind for the newly painted kitchen. The Covid restrictions are well controlled in there. In other news, I sent a “persuasive” email to HolidayCottages.com pointing out a) They cancelled our holiday and b) it’s back on the site and has been re-let . So much for their story about the owner being worried about holiday makers infecting their village. We got a refund today after numerous emails to them. I won’t be booking through them again. I can understand the owner not wanting to let it at all but you can’t conduct a postcode lottery on who goes there. We’re not in Greater Manchester by the way.
