Yesterday headed back to the YW in Greystones for team days. I was not great company in my sick-state but this morn woke feeling pretty much all better. Get in.

Didn't do much today really. Lots of time with the relays. Walked by the beach. Prayed with the girlies etc. Nice. Then home. Time to sleep...
