Say it with flowers.

What a lovely surprise.
A very thoughtful gift from the bride and groom to be.
We are all disappointed we won’t be able to attend their wedding on Monday, and so they have sent us these flowers, which are similar colours to theirs, to make us feel closer on their special day.
K. doesn’t know it but they also match my outfit!
Hope I will have an occasion to wear it next year.

Mr C has been watching the Rugby Challenge Cup Final. Well done Leeds, who have won by a point. A good game he says.

I have been moving all the pots so that we can power wash the stone flags tomorrow.
Keeping our fingers crossed for a fine day.

What an enjoyable evening we had last night.
The food was excellent. Lovely selection of 6 Tapas, and as we were walking home we had a full bottle of wine too.Very nice Italian merlot.
Also had a nice chat with the other couple who were there. Socially distanced of course.
We decided to rebook for next Friday to celebrate MrC’s birthday.
That is providing they are still allowed to open.
You never know these days.
