late breakfast

I've been bringing in the bird feeder at night because we have had a pesky raccoon raiding it in the dark. Usually we get up at a reasonable hour to put it back out for the birds. This morning we all slept in - very rare for Laney - and the birds nearly mobbed me when I took the feeder out to them!
I think this little Mountain Chickadee really has a look of disdain.
