...home to Milwaukees’ Major League Baseball Team, the Brewers. I took this out of the window on the third floor of the cancer center, where Tom’s getting his blood transfusion. A dull, dreary, cold & rainy day. I’d told my aunt that I would come visit her today while Tom was being transfused. I can’t go inside the assisted living part, as they’re on lockdown (again), but I was planning on sitting outside her window & we can talk through the screen. Today the rain & the cold prevented it; she said she knew it wouldn’t work today, but was disappointed. It must be so hard on her to sit alone in her room all day so I hope the weather improves so we can visit. I call her every week but as we all know, it’s not the same as being there in person. :))
