Rules

We are in Tier 3 (very high) in St Helens so I wasn't sure if this was within the rules (could be, they are so complex now it's hard to get your head around them)  it was the groups of adults stood around chatting I wondered about - hey ho, nothing new in our area though if rules are being broken.
