Vulcan XL426

A trip out for me (Chris) to Southend Airport to photograph the Vulcan bomber XL426. It was the furthest I've driven since lockdown commenced but I seemed to remember how to drive OK. The photo session, organised by TimeLine events, was well organised and the team did a pretty good job encouraging social distancing and all the necessary steps needed to be Covid safe. We began at 3pm and by 7.45pm it was cold enough for me to call it a day. One in the extras from earlier in the afternoon, another with the re-enactors who added human elements to the photo opportunities when asked or directed. The main blip taken as the last natural light expired.
