Have felt close to tears all day. The whole thing got to me after the shocking news last night. And then Le Pen had her say yesterday evening. Today she’s had no place in the news; probably deliberately. I can’t see her posts as anything but inflammatory.

Today I turned on BBC Radio 4 in the car and heard UK bleating on about Macron got to do something about Brexit this weekend. They didn’t seem to know he might have more weighty things to deal with.
