Strange volcanic colours

This was taken at a strange place called El Golfo in Lanzarote. The green of the lake is caused by algae living in the water, the bizarre rock formations and coloured layers by volcanic activity. The landscape looks Martian and has no doubt been the setting for a sci fi movie.
