There are not many roses left now but I hope they will last a bit longer,

I had an email from NSand I saying that I would have to have any Premium Bonds paid into my bank as they were no longer sending cheques. You have to do this on line but if you have not got a password or have forgotten you have to phone. So I pick up the phone and am told I have a 40 minute queue.. I gave up! I then read that I don't need to worry as they will hold on to any winnings until I do register. What about folk who do not have and have never used a computer?
It is the same with our dentist, you have to fill in a questionaire  on line before you can go in No paper copies are accepted.  If you can't do this they will email the form and you can print it off but you have to fax it back!  It is ok for most of us but I know a few who do not do on line.
