Delivering this morning took me up to lunch time.Helen went out to get me some deep heat for my back and the afternoon was spent in various states of discomfort while it sorts itself out.

Protests in London against the lockdown measures.I don't know who is right and who is wrong but as always it is probably somewhere in the middle but should we be so frightened of dying that we miss out on living.As always a balance must be found.
