A Sideways Swipe at Museum Culture

We visited The National Museum of Scotland today, Oscar and, I to view the Viking Exhibition which we thought pricey and a touch academic (not enough swords my companion complained).
What fascinated me were the numbers of patrons who were happy to gorge. It seems strange to view such groups at food in a museum but perhaps a tad more absorbing and cheaper than eyeing Viking Culture.
And walking back to Leith chatting by turn to a Muslim attempting to convert us from Atheism & Agnosticism to truths in The Koran then meeting an interesting woman outside a Bookshop minding the door as a musical trio were busking their latest recording inside. All in all it was good then to be alive as were the attractions that held us!
