War walk.

I had been reading about Tank Islands during the war ( someone had posted about it in the Marlborough Pictures Facebook group) and this led me to look at a website that had a ‘War Walk’ around Marlborough.

We had a lovely afternoon, strolling around the town, walking to places we hadn’t visited before and seeing things we had walked or driven past hundreds of times.

The three pictures are of a sniper lookout, a pill box and a tank island.
