Herbals

I spent some time at the allotment yesterday, pulling up the maize plants and pruning back the spinach and Swiss chard to only the best leaves.  I've a plan to expand the herb bed next year and to incorporate more flowers to attract insects in among the herbs.  The fresh green and purple leaves of the sage, with their white haze, caught my eyes as I stood and visualised what I might do.

This weekend I have also completed the first day of the practical training on my massage course.  I really enjoyed the day, doing something completely different to my usual routine and which has left me feeling so relaxed and inspired.  Now it is over to me to get practicing the back massage routine I have learned!
